A midwife, space holder + mentor for those traversing the cusp from maiden to mother.

I support families through the profound rite of passage into parenthood by transmuting my knowledge, experience and passion into mentorship, empowering education classes, preconception, birth & postpartum support, women’s circles and workshops.

Over the 10 years that I’ve journeyed as a birthkeeper thus far, I’ve witnessed every shade of power, complexity, intensity, grief and beauty of this transformational season of womanhood, and as a result I have a deep reverence for each person’s unique passage.

These one off Birth Prep sessions are a great option if you’re wanting to tailor your preparation for pregnancy, birth and the postpartum to your unique needs, current knowledge base, goals and desires for the season ahead.

From Birth Plan revision, to birth mapping, enhancing your toolkit for birth and frameworks for informed decision making to postpartum planning, fear release work & antenatal education, these sessions are quick, confidence boosting & empowering.

Preconception, Birth & Postpartum Support

Preconception, Birth & Pospartum Support Packages provide an individualised approach to meet you where you’re at in your matrescence journey. They are designed to provide continuity of care, emotional support, fill gaps in knowledge and honour the enormity of this sacred rite of passage over 3, 6 or 9 months.

Group Hypnobirthing Positive Birth Classes

The Positive Birth Course developed by Hypnobirthing Australia™/ Hypnobubs International is a comprehensive and multifaceted form of holistic and evidence based antenatal education.

The four key ingredients of the course are knowledge, tools, support & preparation, and these are used to guide us through our 12 hour course.

These classes are perfect for those wanting to better understand how to support themselves and their bodies through the inevitable intensity and power of labour & birth.

Family & Newborn Photography Sessions

I take on a small number of documentary style/relaxed newborn & family photography sessions per month to capture the precious moments of the early days for new families.

We'll also have the opportunity to debrief your birth & postpartum experience & I'll come with a postpartum meal in hand for you :)

Gathering with community, seeking connection and creating the space to honour our transitions and rites of passage holds such magic and power.

Becoming Mama Women’s Circles create a safe and wholesome space to slow down, explore our inner terrains and look at the universal themes and challenges that we ride as we edge towards and through parenthood, with nervous and excited anticipation. See upcoming circle dates here.
